A (fairly) recent post at Uncertain Principles generated a nice discussion about What Everyone Should Know about Science. It made me start to wonder, “What should everyone know about Electrolytes?”. Here’s my list (so far):
- They’re what plants crave.
- Gatorade Tiger has 25% more of them.
- The Debye-Hückel theory is all about them.
- They’re why pickles glow.
